Update as of March 12th. We would really appreciate it if folks stay off the trails for the time being. They are extremely fragile with the frost coming out of the ground. You can ride the Pond Rd or the Crusher Rd but please stay off the single track. Please help the volunteers out by not riding when the trails are fragile.

PLEASE beware of ground bees on Svelte Tiger. Near Pond Rd intersection. They are extremely angry right now.
All of our trail system and the Carriage Trail are now open. The Carriage Trail is still a touch bit soft on the Proctor side so please be gentle on it.
The Carriage Trail needs a bunch of face slappers cut if anyone is up for some trail maintenance. From the water tower to the limbo tree is the worst section.

Please do not ride on trails in this condition. Your volunteers would greatly appreciate it.
Conditions on the Carriage Trail as of April 17th are still pretty wet in spots. Good for frogs — but for bikes, not so much. Good news though, is that it looks to me like the work VYCC did last year in the wet areas is really helping to drain the trail faster.
Trails are in pretty good shape. Please be considerate and do not ride if we receive a lot of rain.
Carriage Trail is still closed to mountain bikes.
Our first work day is Saturday, April 25th at 9AM. If enjoy the park please come help us out.
Exit Strategy, Lichen Rock, steep hill on Droopy leading towards Dewey Wood Rd are closed still closed as of May 10th. These trails received some TLC on our community work day and we hope to open these in another week or so.
